FERRUM, Va. -- Ferrum College will host the 24th annual Corron Classic Panther Open Golf Tournament on Friday, October 2, at Westgate Golf and Country Club at Smith Mountain Lake. The tournament is named in honor of former Ferrum Golf Coach Ray Corron and is being held in conjunction with Ferrum's Homecoming, Hall of Fame and Family Weekend.
